Cad-Cut Heat seal film from Stahl's is used to create your custom team uniform. A cost-effective way to create custom graphics. Priced according to square inch dimensions, it's perfect for simple designs.This process is used for small runs from 1 to 24 custom team uniforms. This process is for the budget minded and produces quality custom team uniforms and custom logos. This process is included in our list price as detailed above. Heat Seal Numbers and Letters Heat seal numbers and letters stand apart when it comes to quality and product consistency. Our in-house cutting methods ensure clean, perfectly cut letters numbers & letters. Heat Seal numbers and letters can be applied to dark garments as well as light colored garments without the extra cost of screen printing. Heat seal garments can be machine washed and will last for years if cared for properly. We only use Stahl's film products. Logos - Heat Transfer & Screen Printing Heat transfers are made by screen printing plastisol ink on a special release paper. The "transfer" is then applied to a garment using a heat press that applies pressure and melts the ink so it will bond. Primarily used for short runs of 24-50 custom team uniforms. Screen Printing is ink transferred directly to a garment, then the garment is passed under a dryer. This process is a lot messier and there is a large expense setting up for this process. From time to time we use this process on large runs over 50 custom jerseys.
